Terms of Use
These terms explain the permitted use, limitations, and responsibilities for the free local desktop release of SaaS Security Review Portal.

Free Use License
SaaS Security Review Portal is provided by RequestPath Security as a free local desktop decision-support and documentation tool. You may install and use the app for internal SaaS review, intake, evidence tracking, approval record, and related governance documentation purposes.
Ownership
The app, website content, screenshots, documentation, branding, and release materials are owned by RequestPath Security or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Free use does not transfer ownership of the software or related materials.
Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, repackage, misrepresent, or redistribute modified versions of the app without written permission. You may not remove notices, falsely claim ownership, or use the app in a way that violates law, contract obligations, or your organization's policies.
Decision-Support Only
The portal does not certify a SaaS product, vendor, implementation, environment, data flow, or compliance status. It does not replace legal, privacy, procurement, contract, cybersecurity, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, FAR, DFARS, export-control, or other professional review.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the app's recommendations, validating evidence, protecting local data, selecting an appropriate data folder, backing up records, and deciding whether the app is suitable for your organization and intended use.
No Warranty
The app and website are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. RequestPath Security does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure against every threat, or suitable for every organization, workflow, or regulatory requirement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RequestPath Security is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, business interruption, procurement decisions, compliance outcomes, or security decisions arising from use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app, website, or release process changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
